Kendall Jenner Elevates Coachella 2025 in Classic Khaki Look
Kendall Jenner has proven she really marches to the beat of her own drum by foregoing the trendy color of butter yellow this season during her recent Coachella appearance. The model and FWRD creative director joined many Angelenos who were in route to the 10 freeway, days before the festival’s opening weekend. But, for Jenner, there was more to the trip than simply sun and fun. Coachella opening weekend for her was about throwing a star-studded party for FWRD and putting her sense of style on display.
Jenner wore a light dress that was good in every way: don’t expect her to jump onto the latest, fleeting color of the moment. For the color with which she is more comfortable, instead of the butter yellow, she wore an elegant khaki cowl-neck number from Danish label Tove’s Resort 2025 collection. The bias-cut silk dress with interesting, twisted seams along the skirt works just as well in the daytime as it does in the evening; Jenner wore it on the dot for an evening in the desert.

A little Game, a little Sand-iness. It was simply The Row for the add-ons with nude Vika sandals-open-toe kitten heels with an ankle strap available on her “Kendall’s Edit” on FWRD-and a light brown clutch with gold hardware. With this ensemble, she has taken a light departure from Jenner’s more signature, winter-ready look of neutrals mixed with fire engine red or royal blue pops of color. But in this case, she was willing to give an exception for Coachella Valley.
“When in Coachella Valley….” Jenner’s outfit proves that she knows how to blend trendsetting style and timeless inclined, and this further cements her status as a fashion icon.
